Duties: Designing, implementing and supporting business processes and analytical solutions with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) in an Enterprise environment. Collaborating with business users to analyze business requirements and implement appropriate configuration and application parameters in the OFSAA solution. Providing technical direction on overall architecture and strategy of the current Oracle systems, particularly relating to OFSAA. Designing, developing, analyzing and implementing solution extensions as required using OFSAA framework, including installation of OFSAA infrastructure & modules and Data Model changes for OFSAA using Erwin. Producing technical documentation in accordance with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) guidelines. Configuring, extending and supporting Liquidity Risk Management (LRM) applications utilizing OFSAA. Performing technical development of Liquidity & Funding Processes and Systems for applications that support Cash Flow Forecasting, Liquidity Stress Testing, Collateral Monitoring and Liquidity rations (LCR, NSFR) calculations related to the Liquidity Planning process.







Qualifications - External

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field (or foreign equivalent degree).


Experience: 6 years of related technical development and application support experience in the Financial/Banking industry with Liquidity & Funding Processes and Systems; applications that support Cash Flow Forecasting, Liquidity Stress Testing, Collateral Monitoring and Liquidity ratios (LCR, NSFR) calculations related to the Liquidity Planning process; and Treasury Analytical platforms (OFSAA), including installation of OFSAA infrastructure & modules and Data Model changes for OFSAA using Erwin.


Other: Required to work nights & weekends & be on-call during non-business hours, when needed, for technical support & maintenance purposes.
